Who we are

What we collect

When you make a booking, place an order, create an account or send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and where relevant your postal address, date of birth and any notes you add. If you create an account we also store a securely hashed password.

We do not store card or bank details on this website. Payments are arranged directly with us.

How we use it

We use your information only to: take and manage your bookings and orders; confirm appointments and payments; run your account; respond to enquiries; and keep records required for our business and insurance. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the clinic, and your consent where you have given it.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate — for example our email/hosting provider — and only as needed to provide the service. These providers act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking, order and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations, after which they are securely deleted. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@rejuven8aestheticsandtraining.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function — for example to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
