These terms apply to your use of the Rejuven8 Aesthetics and Training website, and to bookings and orders you make through it. By using the site you accept these terms.

Bookings and orders

Bookings and orders placed on this website are requests, which we confirm personally. No payment is taken online; we will provide payment details and a reference, and your booking or order is confirmed once we have confirmed it and, where applicable, received payment.

We aim to keep prices and availability accurate, but they may change; where a price is shown incorrectly we will contact you before proceeding.

Training courses

Course places are subject to availability and any stated prerequisites. Some courses require prior qualifications or completion of a foundation pathway to meet insurance standards; we will confirm the right route for your background. Certificates are issued on successful completion.

Treatments

All treatments are subject to a suitability consultation. We may decline or postpone a treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible on 07850 571250 so we can rearrange. Any deposit and cancellation terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking or order.
